To help you process and release what’s been holding you back emotionally and energetically — so you can return to inner peace and feel like yourself again.
How does it work?
In our integrative healing sessions, we work beyond talk therapy. Using a powerful, unique immersion technique that blends EMDR, brainspotting, hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, meditation, sound therapy, and inner child healing, we help your mind and body process, release, and heal what has been stuck for too long.
Each session is gentle but deep — supporting your nervous system while unlocking emotional and energetic blocks. Many clients experience significant emotional relief and clarity even after the first session, especially for those who are sensitive, or those who have already tried other methods and are looking for something that truly works at the root.

To gently heal the emotional roots behind emotional eating — and help you respond to your feelings without needing to cope with food.
How does it work?
First, we explore the emotions behind the urge, the patterns shaped by your past, and how to create space between feeling and reacting. Then we use a combination of a powerful, unique immersion therapy to heal the emotional roots of your struggle, and combine with coaching sessions. Through nervous system tools, emotional safety, and self-compassion, you’ll learn how to break the cycle — without judgment or rules.
Weight Loss Coaching (Inside-Out Approach)
Who is this for?
For those who may not be suffering from Emotional Eating, know what they should eat, but are still struggling with weight loss or body image challenges.
What is the goal?
While sustainable weight loss is the ultimate goal here, we still take a holistic approach to help you feel happy with yourself beyond the numbers.
How does it work?
We start with a consultation to understand where you are, your lifestyle and experiences. Then, we explore what the path forward will look like together. While much of this program relies on coaching and accountability, we do not “just sit and talk”. Wherever needed, we will apply our powerful, unique immersion therapy to heal the emotional roots of your struggle so that you can move forward while being guided with precision.
