Our method combines immersion therapy and coaching to address the emotional roots of eating — not just what you eat, but why you eat. It’s a healing-first approach, not a restrictive plan.
Do I need to follow a strict meal plan?
No. This program is not about tracking every bite or cutting all your favorite foods. We help you rebuild your relationship with food through awareness, not rules.
Is this program just for women?
While we specialize in emotional eating patterns that affect many women, anyone seeking a more compassionate, mind-body approach to weight loss is welcome.
What happens in the therapy sessions?
You’ll experience gentle, trauma-informed techniques like memory processing and emotional release. It’s not about digging into your past — it’s about freeing you from what’s holding you back now.
What’s the format of the program?
Depends on what you choose! While we have different offerings to suit your needs, we believe the best results is through our unique method of immersion therapy + coaching sessions. You’ll begin with an in-depth evaluation and immersive therapy session (~2 hours), followed by 1 coaching session per week for 3 weeks. This cycle is repeated twice for deeper transformation.
Do you see clients in-person or online?
The immersion therapy sessions can be done either in-person or online (Zoom call). Coaching sessions are online.
